By using this site, you agree to these terms and our linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site provides recruiting, career, consulting, and general informational resources; it is not legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice.
2. Job listings and client employers
The Savy Agency often recruits on behalf of client companies. The client is generally the prospective employer and controls the role, requirements, interview process, compensation, offer, and final decision. Listings may be changed, paused, filled, or removed without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but do not guarantee that every listing remains available or error-free.
3. Applications and communications
Submitting information does not create an employment, agency, fiduciary, or contractual relationship and does not guarantee an interview, referral, offer, or response. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Electronic communications may be retained as recruiting records.
4. No candidate application fees
The Savy Agency does not charge candidates to apply for client job openings. We will not ask applicants to send money, purchase equipment from a designated vendor, provide gift cards or cryptocurrency, or provide bank information before a legitimate hiring and onboarding process. 5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape or republish job content at scale without permission, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, or use information for unlawful discrimination, fraud, or harassment. Site text, branding, design, and original materials belong to The Savy Agency or their respective licensors and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
6. Third-party services
The site may link to job boards, calendars, client sites, professional networks, and partner resources. Those services control their own content, availability, security, and policies. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of every statement, service, or outcome offered by a third party.
7. Disclaimer, limitations, and changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, uninterrupted access, or that every third-party link is current.
